Replacement Computer Board Parts

Within less than a day of contacting the company with an enquiry about whether missing parts were available the parts were on their way out to us. My enquiry was responded to immediately and spares sent very promptly and I'm very happy with the service. I do think there's a design flaw as the little black pegs (pivotal to the whole game, pun intended) which hold the levers are so flimsy and easily broken.

We recently purchased Turing Tumble and were having an interference issue with the connectors on the back of the board. Upper Story immediately responded by sending us a complete new set of "controls" and everything is now fine.
I'm very impressed with the unit, the company and the service.
